Blockchain & tokenisation
On-chain products where the accounting has to be exact
Three platforms in production: fractional property ownership in Dubai, a non-custodial exchange, and an NFT marketplace for real assets. USD 580K+ has moved through them.
The problem
The chain is the easy part
Deploying a contract is a day’s work. Deciding what happens when a distribution rounds down and leaves a unit unaccounted for, or when a user loses the key to assets that represent a real building, is the actual engagement. Tokenisation projects fail on the boundary between the chain and the world, not on the chain itself. Who confirms the asset exists? What happens when ownership changes off chain? Where does the money enter and leave? These are answered in the specification or they are discovered in production, and the second is expensive. Everything we have built here is live and holding real value, which is a different standard from a testnet demo.
What is included
What we build on chain
01
Real world asset tokenisation
Fractional ownership with on-chain records and automated profit distribution, as built for a Dubai property group processing USD 500K in ownership.
02
Decentralised exchanges
Wallet creation and connection, multi-asset portfolio tracking and trading, with users holding their own keys throughout.
03
NFT marketplaces
Enrolment, minting, listing, transfer and settlement, with provenance held on chain. 1K+ users and roughly USD 80K traded.
04
Wallets and key handling
Custodial and non-custodial, chosen on purpose. Non-custodial moves every safety decision into the interface, which raises the design bar rather than lowering it.
05
Smart contract development
Specified, adversarially tested and written to be audited. A contract you cannot change deserves more scrutiny before deployment, not less.
06
Bridging chain and business
Fiat on and off ramps, off-chain records and the reconciliation between them — where tokenisation projects actually break.
Typical outcomes
What good looks like
Specify before deploying
Immutability makes a specification error permanent. The thinking happens before the contract exists, not in a patch afterwards.
Adversarial by default
Contracts are tested by trying to break them — reentrancy, rounding, replay and sequencing — because everything on chain is public and someone will try.
Exact distribution arithmetic
Fractional ownership means dividing amounts that do not divide evenly. Remainders are handled explicitly and consistently, never left to rounding.
Custody is a decision, not a default
Non-custodial protects you and exposes the user; custodial does the reverse. Either can be right, but it should be chosen deliberately and stated plainly.

Real engagements, with the numbers the clients measured. Each one links to the full write-up.
RWA tokenisation · Dubai · Blockchain
Fractional property ownership, tokenised
A Dubai real-estate group wanted multiple investors to hold a single property between them. We built the tokenisation platform underneath it — issuance, ownership splits and automated profit distribution, on chain.
Property ownership processed

DEX · Dubai · Wallets + Trading
A decentralised exchange with connected wallets
Built in 2023 for a Dubai client: wallet creation and connection, live tracking of holdings, and trading across cryptocurrencies — with custody staying where it belongs, in the user’s hands.

Tracking and trading
NFT marketplace · Trading + Minting
A marketplace for turning real assets into NFTs
A marketplace where owners enrol assets as NFTs and collectors trade them — minting, listing, transfer and settlement in one place, with the ownership record living on chain rather than in a database we control.

FAQ
Blockchain & tokenisation questions
Representing ownership of a physical asset — a property, for instance — as tokens, so it can be divided between multiple holders and traded. We built one for a Dubai property group where USD 500K of ownership has been processed with distributions handled automatically.
Depends on who you are protecting and from what. Non-custodial means users keep their keys and you never hold their assets, which lowers your risk and raises theirs. We built the DEX non-custodial deliberately.
We write them to be audited and test them adversarially, and we recommend an independent audit before mainnet for anything holding meaningful value. Reviewing our own contracts and calling it an audit would be worth very little.
Yes, and it is usually the hardest part. Fiat ramps, off-chain ownership records and the reconciliation between them are where these projects break — so they get specified first.
Portfolio
A decade of work still in production
Selected engagements across software and growth. Many of these systems have been running — and being maintained by us — for years.

Field operations platform
Venaxx Logistics
A dispatcher platform and driver app built in 2014 and still in daily use across three countries. We have maintained and extended it continuously since launch.

Subscription commerce storefront
OrdrrPay
Headless storefront with subscription billing, rebuilt for speed and paired with the acquisition programme that grew it. Now in its fourth year of retained work.

Regulated onboarding flow
Wassira Fintech
A fourteen-step KYC journey rebuilt as a saved, resumable process — completion up substantially without weakening a single compliance control.

Clinic network consolidation
Medcross Healthcare
Nine competing location sites consolidated into one architecture with proper local schema, then a condition-led content library mapped to patient intent.
