Who we are
LexicMedia Solutions (“we”, “us”) is a software development and digital marketing firm based in Brooklyn, New York, working with clients worldwide. You can reach us at preeti@lexicmedia.com with any question about this policy or your data.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, email address, company name, service interest, budget range and project details you choose to give us, together with the page you submitted from. We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identifiers or any special category personal data through this website.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data solely to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to administer that engagement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once one exists.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, which processes the submission and forwards it by email. Our website is served by a static hosting provider. Where we use analytics, it is configured to respect consent signals and to avoid collecting more than is necessary.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to actual engagements are retained for the period required by tax and contract law, typically seven years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. California residents have rights under the CCPA including the right to know and to delete. To exercise any of these, email preeti@lexicmedia.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled, they run in a consent-respecting configuration.
The site does store two small preferences in your own browser, which never reach our servers and are not personal data: whether you have chosen to enable or disable animations, and whether the loading animation has already been shown to you this session. Clearing your browser storage removes both, and blocking storage entirely does not break the site.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
