About

A firm built to remove the handover

LexicMedia exists because the split between the people who build software and the people who market it costs clients more than either service does.

Why we exist

The gap nobody was accountable for

Almost every company we meet has the same story. A development agency built the product. A marketing agency was hired to grow it. Neither owns the thing that is actually broken, and the client pays both to argue about it.

We put engineers and growth strategists on the same team, reporting to the same outcome. When the SEO audit finds a rendering problem, the person who can fix it is in the same standup. When a campaign underperforms because the checkout is slow, nobody has to raise a ticket with another vendor.

It is a simple structural change and it is most of our advantage.

How we operate

Four commitments we will hold to in writing

01

The people you meet are the people who work

The engineers and strategists on your first call stay on your account. We do not staff pitches with seniors and deliver with juniors.

02

The estimate is the price

Defined-scope work is fixed price against a written specification. If we misjudged the estimate, that is our commercial risk, not a change order.

03

You own everything

Repositories, cloud infrastructure, analytics, ad accounts and documentation are yours from day one. Leaving us should cost you nothing but notice.

04

We will tell you when to stop

If a workstream cannot be tied to a commercial outcome, we recommend killing it — even when it is revenue for us.

Capabilities

What sits inside the team

Engineering

Front-end, back-end, mobile and infrastructure. React, Next.js, Node, Python, Swift, Kotlin, React Native, AWS and Vercel.

Growth

Technical SEO, content strategy, paid acquisition, conversion optimisation and analytics engineering.

Design

Product and interface design, design systems, and accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline rather than an upgrade.

Delivery

Named delivery leads, two-week sprints, demos at the end of each, and reporting tied to pipeline rather than hours burned.

Portfolio

A decade of work still in production
